This License Agreement ("License") governs the use of templates, design files, and digital products provided by Template Supply ("Template Supply", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Template Supply, you agree to comply with this License.
Overview
Template Supply grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products in accordance with this License.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Template Supply.
Paid templates
Paid templates are provided under a Single-Use License.
Each purchase allows the template to be used for one website only.
A separate license must be purchased for each additional website.
Examples:
One purchase → one personal website
One purchase → one client website
Two websites → two licenses
Permitted use
Customers may:
Use templates for personal projects
Use templates for commercial projects
Customize and modify templates
Use templates for client work
Replace content, layouts, styles, and assets
Use included design files where provided
Provided that each template license is used for only one website.
Client projects
Templates may be used to create websites for clients.
Each client website requires its own license.
The template may be transferred as part of the completed website delivered to the client, provided the template is not reused for additional projects without purchasing another license.
Free templates
Free templates may be used for both personal and commercial projects without purchase.
Free templates may be used on unlimited websites.
However, free templates remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Free templates may not be:
Resold
Redistributed
Repackaged
Uploaded to marketplaces
Shared as downloadable products
Claimed as your own work
Figma files
Some products may include Figma files when explicitly stated on the product page.
Customers may:
Open and edit Figma files
Customize Figma files for their projects
Use Figma files as part of licensed projects
Customers may not:
Resell Figma files
Redistribute Figma files
Share Figma files publicly
Offer Figma files as standalone products
Restrictions
Customers may not:
Resell any Template Supply product
Redistribute template files
Share download files with others
Upload products to marketplaces
Offer products as templates or starter kits
Include products in products for resale
Publish products for download by third parties
Remove copyright notices where prohibited by law
Claim ownership of Template Supply products
Modified templates
Customers may modify templates as needed for their projects.
However, modified versions remain subject to this License.
Modifying a template does not grant ownership rights and does not permit redistribution, resale, or relicensing of the modified version.
Platform limitations
Templates may only be used within the platform for which they were created.
Examples:
Webflow templates may only be used within Webflow.
Framer templates may only be used within Framer.
Purchasing a template does not grant rights to use or convert it for redistribution on another platform.
Updates
Customers may receive future updates to purchased templates when available.
Template Supply is not obligated to provide updates indefinitely and reserves the right to discontinue updates at any time.
Attribution
Attribution is not required.
Customers are not required to display a credit, link, or reference to Template Supply when using a licensed product.
Ownership
All products remain the intellectual property of Template Supply.
Customers receive a license to use products under the terms of this License but do not acquire ownership of the product, source files, design system, code, or associated intellectual property.
License termination
This License automatically terminates if a customer violates any provision of this Agreement.
Upon termination, the customer must cease use of the licensed product and remove any unauthorized copies in their possession.
