At Template Supply, we sell digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Please review product descriptions, previews, demos, documentation, and platform requirements carefully before completing a purchase.
Eligibility for refunds
Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate purchases or duplicate charges
Accidental double payments
Verified technical issues that prevent product delivery
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
Other exceptional situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Template Supply reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
Change of mind
Purchasing the wrong product
Purchasing a template for the wrong platform
No longer needing the product
Lack of technical knowledge or experience
Failure to review product information before purchase
Preference for another product after purchase
Requests made after downloading or accessing the product, except where required by law
Platform compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that a template is compatible with their chosen platform before purchasing.
Templates built for Webflow can only be used in Webflow.
Templates built for Framer can only be used in Framer.
Purchasing a template for the wrong platform does not qualify for a refund.
Product delivery issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery, download, or access issues and provide access to the purchased product.
Product updates
Customers who purchase a template may receive future updates to that template when available.
Future updates do not create a right to a refund for previous purchases.
Free templates
Free templates may include limited support. However, Template Supply does not guarantee support for free products and reserves the right to modify or discontinue support at any time.
